Our Story - How We Started

Hello! My name is Chase Martin and I am the owner of Full Service Painting. I grew up in a small town in southwest Wisconsin called Mineral Point. After graduating high school in 2011, I attended UW-Platteville for Mechanical Engineering because I liked working on cars. After 3 semesters there, I decided to leave school and landed a job doing asbestos removal for a company in Madison. This job required me to work in power plants, ship yards, and factories.

Doing this type of tough dirty work taught me to work hard but that I also needed to do something else with my life. I decided to apply to UW-Madison. From there I was accepted into the Business School and started to hone my business skills while painting houses during the summers.

Once I graduated and realized that my first job out of college wasn’t what I expected it to be, I bought a van and started Full Service Painting. My business was founded on creating the best client experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. Although my business has expanded, I have worked diligently on maintaining that same approach with my additional branch managers. I have always been a hands-on guy, and I ensure that each employee for Full Service Painting knows everything I know about the intricate process of prepping and painting a house. I did not set out to be the biggest paint contractor in the Midwest, I set out to be the best.
